We are pleased to announce that we have entered into an agreement with iModules Software regarding our Internet Services line of business.  Effective immediately, iModules has acquired substantially all of the assets of our Internet Services business line, which includes the ownership of Harris Connect’s Internet Services technology. This agreement includes hiring 14 Harris Connect Internet Services team members, in addition to providing continuity for the web solutions and service to support the Harris Connect clients contracted for Internet solutions today.

We are pleased that our clients will be supported by a company with a solid track record of forward-thinking technology and excellent customer service. Our mutual objectives are to ensure a smooth transition for our clients.

This transaction allow us to focus on providing our clients with the most advanced data research, modeling and analytics products in the market today, further developing our product lines for our commemorative and directory products, and helping our clients take their fundraising programs to new levels with our comprehensive fundraising solutions.
