Harris Connect, Inc. today announced that it has entered into an agreement with an affiliate of The Wicks Group of Companies, L.L.C., a New York-based private equity firm. This affiliate of The Wicks Group will acquire the company’s business, continuing to fuel and augment the success that Harris Connect is experiencing.

Under the terms of the pending deal, which is expected to close within the next 45 days, the Harris Connect business will be operated through a new entity, Harris Connect, LLC. Ownership of Harris Connect, LLC will be primarily with Wicks Group related fund entities. Bill Harris, current Chairman and CEO, as well as the existing Harris family shareholders, will continue to have an investment in the new enterprise. In addition, Bill Harris will stay on as Chairman of the Board of Advisors. A new CEO, Robert Gluck, will take over once the deal is finalized. Current contracts, services and business relationships will continue uninterrupted for existing clients.

HARRIS CONNECT ANNOUNCES THE POTENTIAL SOCIAL GRAPH INDEX™
A Patent-Pending, Social & Professional Networking Metric for Clients to Measure Constituent Engagement Success

Brewster, NY, July 8, 2008 — Harris Connect, the market leader in alumni and membership services today announced the Potential Social Graph Index (PSGI), a, patent-pending method designed to help institutions and organizations assess the relative success of their constituent networking capabilities, according to Carmen Delessio Jr., Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Harris Connect.

Harris Connect Announces: Community Connections™,An Alumni Connections®   Application Built on Facebook® Platform.

Purchase, New York (May 20, 2008) - Harris Connect announces Community Connections, an application built on Facebook Platform to help increase the participation and engagement of alumni and students who are avid Facebook users, with their alma mater. Leveraging the popularity and rapid growth of Facebook with the power and capabilities of an institution's alumni community presents tremendous potential for enhancing alumni communications, building affinity, and enjoying greater success in Alumni Advancement. As part of the HC2.Open strategy, which embraces the use of open API technology, Harris Connect has developed an application that provides a secure connection to and from their client's online community to their constituents who are Facebook users. This bridge, or application, will automatically keep an institution's constituents informed, in touch, and engaged with community news, events and activities. This application expands the boundaries of an online community by engaging younger alumni and users through the utility they are on the most often, Facebook. Once a connection is securely established, the community user ID and password does not have to be used again. Facebook becomes another entry point to the community, especially for younger alumni. Oklahoma Christian School has selected Harris Connect for telephone append and lost trace research services.

Oklahoma Christian School (OCS) was originally known as the "Christian Center School" begun in Fall 1970 and was operated as an arm of the Christian Conquest Center Church in Oklahoma City. During the 1974-75 school year, the church decided to terminate the operation of the school as an arm of the church. However, a group of very interested and concerned parents and teachers decided that the school must continue. The name decided upon for the new independent school was Oklahoma Christian Schools, Inc. On January 13, 1975, OCS became a bona fide Oklahoma corporation.

Moore Catholic High School is one of eleven Secondary Schools conducted by the Catholic High School Association of the Archdiocese of New York. Founded in September 1962, under the leadership of the late Francis Cardinal Spellman and the Presentation Sisters of Staten Island, the school was named after Mary Young Moore, Papal countess, Dame of the Holy Sepulcher and extraordinary benefactress of the Archdiocese of New York.

As part of this project, Harris Connect will utilize sophisticated resources to locate "lost" alumni, providing contact information such as mailing address and phone numbers. In addition, AAVC also renewed and expanded their internet services relationship with HC with a long term contract. Founded in 1871 and governed by an independent board of directors, AAVC's mission is to lead the alumnae/i in advancing the interests of Vassar College.

Harris Connect also provides an online community for Lafayette College. Fontbonne Academy is a small, private Roman Catholic college preparatory High School for girls, located in Milton, Massachusetts.
