We are pleased to announce that we have entered into an agreement with iModules Software regarding our Internet Services line of business. Effective immediately, iModules has acquired substantially all of the assets of our Internet Services business line, which includes the ownership of Harris Connect’s Internet Services technology. This agreement includes hiring 14 Harris Connect Internet Services team members, in addition to providing continuity for the web solutions and service to support the Harris Connect clients contracted for Internet solutions today.
