New York, September 15, 2008. Wicks Communications & Media Partners III, L.P. a New York-based private equity fund, today announced that its portfolio company, (Harris Connect, LLC), has completed the acquisition of assets of Harris Connect, Inc. ("Harris Connect"), the market leader in alumni and member affinity solutions. Current contracts, services and business relationships will continue uninterrupted for existing clients.

Bill Harris, former Chairman and CEO, will stay on as Non-Executive Chairman of the Advisory Board. New CEO, Robert Gluck, will assume his position immediately.

For 45 years, Harris Connect has built a tradition of successfully meeting its clients' evolving needs by developing innovative and integrated solutions and services. The acquiring company plans to build upon this foundation and to continue to fuel and augment Harris Connect's current success.

Upon stepping into his role as CEO, Robert Gluck said, "We have high expectations for the continued success of Harris Connect business and I look forward to working with the established management team and staff to expand on the products we offer to the various markets we serve."
