Robert GluckChief Executive Officer
Robert is a highly experienced media executive who most recently served as President and CEO of another Wicks owned company, NDTV, where he oversaw the successful purchase and sale of a group of network affiliated television stations (ABC, NBC, and CBS). NDTV also received funding from Halyard Capital and JPMorgan Capital Partners.
In addition to Robert's extensive media experience in television, cable, radio, and the internet, he has worked for a diverse group of companies including Gannett, Tribune, Sinclair, and 3M. He is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in finance.
John HarrisChief Operating Officer
John Harris has joined the firm as its CFO. Working out of the Company's headquarters in Chesapeake, VA, John will be responsible for all financial and accounting programs, as well as IT operations.John brings over 25 years of financial management and strategic and systems planning experience. His most recent engagement prior to joining Harris Connect was as VP, Strategic Planning for Sodexho USA's $7 Billion retail division. He earlier served as Executive VP/ CFO for IDG Books Worldwide, the publisher of "For Dummies" texts, a $250 Million organization. John previously held executive and director-level positions at Marriott International, Prudential Insurance and Pepsi Cola.
John has a BA degree in Economics from Williams College, and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School.
Kurt D. WorrellGeneral Manager, Fundraising Solutions Division
Kurt Worrell joined Harris Connect in 1990. Kurt has held management positions in virtually all areas of the Company's operations. He has assisted the sales force with his knowledge of data research and modeling. In 2004, Kurt was a driving force for the implementation and launch of Harris Connect’s Data Research and Services products, which include email append, lost trace, multi-tiered phone research, and Personicx®. In 2009, in concert with the executive team, Kurt led the acquisition and integration of IDC and the launch of Harris Connect’s fundraising division. Harris Connect currently serves over 140 non-profit organizations with services ranging from consulting, modeling, annual fund, capital campaigns and planned giving. Kurt’s current responsibilities include oversight of the Fundraising Services Division.
Kurt's educational background includes a BS in Business Communications from Bentley College.
Lou SallyChief Information Officer
Lou has been with Harris Connect for 18 years. He is responsible for technology and security throughout the company. This includes the technology roadmap along with fiduciary responsibility to ensure the right technology is in place within the financial boundaries committed to each fiscal year. Lou is a member of the Harris Connect Executive Team and reports directly to John Harris, COO. Lou received his BA in Computer Science from the State University of New York, College at Oswego. He currently organizes and runs a local CIO roundtable that meets twice a year and is a current board member for a local Country Club.
Susan L. D'AgostinoChief Administrative Officer
Susan L. D'Agostino has been with Harris Connect since 1994. She first joined the Company as Director of Sales Administration. Through her career progression at the firm, Susan was given increasingly responsible management roles in operations, culminating with her promotion to Senior VP of Administration in 2002. Susan is now responsible for Human Resources, Contract Administration and Compliance, and General Services.
Before she came to Harris Connect, Susan held managerial roles in contracts and general administration at W.J. Schafer Associates, Oce Business Systems, Ray Proof Shielding, and Farrel Company. She has an MBA in International Marketing from University of New Haven and a BA in Foreign Languages from Southern Connecticut State.
