"At the Georgia Tech Alumni Association, customer service is a key component as we provide a lifelong connection to Georgia Tech for each alumnus. Harris Connect understands our needs and they’ve been a partner for a number of directory projects. Our most recent effort was the finest to date.
The entire process progressed smoothly and on schedule, we experienced an excellent connect rate and we met our sales goal. We had 28,000 alumni who responded to the project and almost 20,000 who updated their business information.
